Terms of Use

Effective October 11, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the RouteMap iOS app (“RouteMap”, “the app”), made by Velocity Apps (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using RouteMap you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). If these Terms conflict with the Standard EULA, these Terms apply to the extent permitted.

1. Drive safely; routes are estimates

RouteMap is a planning tool. Don’t handle your phone while driving. Always obey traffic laws, road signs and road conditions, and use your own judgment over any route, direction or arrival time.

Route order, distances, travel times, arrival times and savings are estimates. They depend on map and address data (which can be wrong or out of date), on the routing service, and on traffic, weather and road closures the app may not know about. Turn-by-turn directions are provided by the navigation app you choose, not by RouteMap. Check addresses the app marks as uncertain before you set off. You’re responsible for how you drive and for decisions you make using the app, including commitments to your customers or the companies you deliver for.

3. Your data

Your routes, stops and delivery records are stored on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy. You’re responsible for backing up your device; we can’t recover data we never receive. If you add other people’s details, such as customer names, phone numbers or addresses, you’re responsible for having the right to use them.

4. License and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use RouteMap on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Standard EULA. You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, to use it unlawfully, or to send automated or excessive requests to the routing service it uses.

5. Maps and third-party services

Maps, address search and address lookups are provided by Apple and its data partners. Route calculations use OpenStreetMap data (© OpenStreetMap contributors). Navigation is handed off to Apple Maps, Google Maps or Waze, each under its own terms. Availability and quality vary by location, and these services may change or become unavailable.

6. Disclaimers

RouteMap is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t guarantee that a route is the shortest possible, or that the app or the routing service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velocity Apps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for losses arising from reliance on routes, arrival times or estimates, including traffic incidents, fines, missed or late deliveries and lost earnings. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for RouteMap in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you in full.

8. Apple

These Terms are between you and Velocity Apps, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for RouteMap or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

9. Changes and termination

We may update RouteMap and these Terms. For significant changes we’ll update the date above and let you know in the app. You can stop using RouteMap at any time by deleting it.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
